The BenchK 200 Wall Bars, Steel and Beech Swedish Ladder turns one wall into a versatile bodyweight training space. BenchK makes it in Poland from powder-coated steel and European beech, and rates it for 330 lbs (150 kg) max user weight.
A wall bar made in Poland to European safety standards PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03. The Series 2 200B is the compact tier, same materials and certification as Series 7, smaller footprint, lighter frame. Rated for 330 lbs (150 kg) max user weight on the wall bar.
Solid beech rungs, hand-oiled with two layers of organic, food-grade linseed oil, no varnish, full natural grain and warmth. Occupies about half a square meter (5.4 ft²) of wall, making it the right call for narrow hallways, smaller bedrooms, or any room where a Series 7 is too tall.
Supports stretching, mobility, decompression hangs, and resistance-band or training-strap work clipped onto the rungs. Add a wooden or steel pull-up bar over time as the use case expands.
Each BenchK wall bar is built in Europe and certified to PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 safety standards.
BenchK covers the steel frame and powder coat for 10 years, and wood, padding and accessories for 2 years.

It arrives flat-packed in one carton with an assembly kit. BenchK estimates about 30 minutes for two adults to build the frame, plus about 30 minutes to mount it with a stud finder, level and drill.
BenchK covers the steel frame and powder coat for 10 years. Wooden rungs, polyurethane padding and accessories are covered for 2 years. Damage from improper installation is not covered.
