🔁 Return Policy — Run Fit Central
Due to the size and nature of our fitness equipment, all returns are subject to strict authorization and return requirements. Please review the policy carefully before requesting a return.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipment.

Do not ship any product without an approved RA number.

Any unit received without authorization or received damaged may be refused, and no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, the following information must be submitted:

An email request stating the reason for return sent to:

Photos of the condition of the packaging

Photos of the condition of the unit (if unboxed or opened)
-
Photos showing how the unit is palletized and/or banded
Additional photos may be required to verify product condition before approval.
Return Authorization will not be granted if required photos are not provided.
Once all criteria are met, a Return Authorization will be issued via email.
Return Shipping Requirements (Finished Goods)
All returned products must meet the following requirements:

The original pallet must be retained and reused

Photos of the product must be taken before palletizing

The product must be properly palletized, including:
-
Pallet must be larger than the product’s footprint
-
Product must be protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap
-
Product must be secured to the pallet using straps or banding
-

The customer/dealer is responsible for any damage caused by improper palletization or securement
-
Photos of the fully palletized product must be submitted for approval before pickup, including:

One photo from each corner of the pallet

Photos must show the palletized product in its entirety
-

Customers/dealers may not arrange their own freight shipping
-
Freight charges must be included as part of the return process
Fees & Responsibility

The customer is responsible for freight, packaging, and all expenses associated with returns.

All returned units must be shipped in the original box and arrive in sellable condition.

A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Unauthorized or Damaged Returns
If finished goods are returned without authorization and arrive damaged, no return credit will be issued.
In these cases, the customer may have the option to freight the unit back and retain the product.
