When the convertible steel pull-up bar PB3 is flipped, it serves as a barbell rest. The maximum barbell weight in that configuration is 441 lbs / 200 kg.

Reversible workout bench
The BenchK B1 workout bench is built without synthetic leather or foam. The back support, and the seat and under-knee rollers, is a single piece of integral polyurethane. The bench is reversible with an additional seat, supporting crunches, weighted presses with barbells or dumbbells at an angle, and vertical pressing variations.

BenchK recommends at least 98 ½" (250 cm) of ceiling height for this model. The extra room lets you hang from the top rung safely.
Plan your wall
Mount it to a solid wall. On a stud wall, add the BenchK WHB+S8 wall holder kit to bridge two studs. Ask our team if you are not sure what you need.

What is the warranty?
BenchK covers the steel frame and powder coat for 10 years. Wooden rungs, polyurethane padding and accessories are covered for 2 years. Damage from improper installation is not covered.
Can I add attachments later?
Yes. BenchK pull-up bars, dip bars, benches and cable attachments fit the Series 2 and Series 7 frames. Ask our team which ones fit your model.
