The BenchK 700 Wall Bars, Steel and Beech Swedish Ladder turns one wall into a versatile bodyweight training space. BenchK makes it in Poland from powder-coated steel and European beech, and rates it for 330 lbs (150 kg) max user weight.
A wall bar made in Poland to European safety standards PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 for gymnastic equipment. Combines solid beech wood with powder-coated steel to read as modern sport furniture rather than gym equipment. Rated for 330 lbs (150 kg) max user weight on the wall bar.
Rungs are crafted from the highest-grade beech wood, not varnished, but hand-applied with two layers of organic, food-grade linseed-based oil so the natural warmth and grain stay intact. Every oval slot in the steel profile carries a plastic bushing that protects the rung and reads as a small finishing detail. All cuts and holes are laser-made for precision.
Ships with the frame assembly kit. the wall-mounting hardware is sold separately because the correct anchor depends on your wall type. Drywall isn't a viable substrate. Minimum wall thickness with Fischer expansion bolts is 12 cm (4.7"). stud walls need the WHB+S8 (Series 2 / 7) or WH1+S4 (Series 1) wall holder to anchor safely.
Each BenchK wall bar is built in Europe and certified to PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 safety standards.
BenchK covers the steel frame and powder coat for 10 years, and wood, padding and accessories for 2 years.

It arrives flat-packed in one carton with an assembly kit. BenchK estimates about 30 minutes for two adults to build the frame, plus about 30 minutes to mount it with a stud finder, level and drill.
BenchK covers the steel frame and powder coat for 10 years. Wooden rungs, polyurethane padding and accessories are covered for 2 years. Damage from improper installation is not covered.
