The BenchK 100 Beech Wall Bars, Swedish Ladder turns one wall into a versatile bodyweight training space. BenchK makes it in Poland from solid beech wood, and rates it for 265 lbs (120 kg) max user weight.
A wall bar made in Poland to European safety standards PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03. The Series 1 100 is BenchK's all-wood gymnastic ladder, solid beech, no steel frame, the smallest footprint in the catalog (about 0.5 m² / 5.4 ft² of wall). Rated for 265 lbs (120 kg) max user weight on the wall bar.
Rated for whole-family use up to 265 lbs (120 kg). Beech wood throughout, hand-oiled with two layers of organic, food-grade linseed-based oil. Smooth surfaces, perfectly fitted joinery, built with modern manufacturing technology applied to a traditional Swedish-ladder design.
Stud-wall installs require the WH1+S4 wall holder (Series 1 specific). Drywall isn't a viable substrate. Minimum wall thickness for Fischer expansion bolts is 12 cm (4.7").
Each BenchK wall bar is built in Europe and certified to PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 safety standards.
