The BenchK VMS Vertical Movement Station, Double Wall Bars with Pull-Up Bar, Dip Bar and Straps turns one wall into a complete training station. BenchK makes it in Poland from powder-coated steel and solid beech wood, and rates it for 330 lbs (150 kg) max user weight.
What's included:
Each of the two 700B wall bars is built from powder-coated steel profiles (40 × 50 mm) with hand-oiled solid beech rungs (organic, food-grade linseed oil). The PB3B convertible pull-up bar attaches via four felt-lined hooks, six non-slip grip positions, and a flip configuration that turns the bar into a barbell rest supporting up to 441 lbs (200 kg).

The DB1B dip bar has integral polyurethane armrests and back pad, no synthetic foam or leather. Adjustable to user height or removable entirely. The bundled BenchK RECOIL training straps clip onto the pull-up bar via a special anchor strap. 330 lb rated.
The VMS expands further with extra BenchK wall bars and accessories for custom training zones. The pull-up and dip bars are compatible only with BenchK wall bars. the RECOIL system is sold separately for home or commercial spaces.
Each BenchK wall bar is built in Europe and certified to PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 safety standards.
BenchK covers the steel frame and powder coat for 10 years, and wood, padding and accessories for 2 years.

Yes, with the BenchK WHB+S8 wall holder kit. It bridges two studs and spreads the load. It is sold separately.
It arrives flat-packed in one carton with an assembly kit. BenchK estimates about 30 minutes for two adults to build the frame, plus about 30 minutes to mount it with a stud finder, level and drill.
BenchK covers the steel frame and powder coat for 10 years. Wooden rungs, polyurethane padding and accessories are covered for 2 years. Damage from improper installation is not covered.
