The 233B is the full bundle on the PB3 path of the Series 2 line: BenchK 200B frame, PB3B convertible steel pull-up bar, DB1B dip station, B1B reversible workout bench. The smaller-footprint mirror of the 733. Rated for 330 lbs (150 kg) max user weight on the wall bar.

Convertible 6-grip pull-up bar

The PB3B flips 180° to serve as a barbell rest (441 lbs / 200 kg max). The B1B bench is integral-polyurethane on every padded surface, no synthetic leather, no foam, and reversible for crunches, presses at angle, or vertical pressing variations.

Each component lifts on and off independently, single-adult height adjustment, no tools, so you can use the dip bar without the bench, or take the pull-up bar down entirely when the wall needs to read as furniture instead of equipment.

How much ceiling height do I need?

Plan for at least 94 ½" (240 cm). The wall bar is shorter than that, but the extra room lets you hang from the top rung without hitting the ceiling.

What is the max user weight?

BenchK rates this wall bar for 330 lbs (150 kg).

Will it work on a stud wall?

Yes, with the BenchK WHB+S8 wall holder kit. It bridges two studs and spreads the load. It is sold separately.

Does it come assembled?

It arrives flat-packed in one carton with an assembly kit. BenchK estimates about 30 minutes for two adults to build the frame, plus about 30 minutes to mount it with a stud finder, level and drill.

What is the warranty?

BenchK covers the steel frame and powder coat for 10 years. Wooden rungs, polyurethane padding and accessories are covered for 2 years. Damage from improper installation is not covered.

Can I add attachments later?

Yes. BenchK pull-up bars, dip bars, benches and cable attachments fit the Series 2 and Series 7 frames. Ask our team which ones fit your model.
