The BenchK 231 Wall Bars with Convertible Pull-Up Bar turns one wall into a complete training station. BenchK makes it in Poland from powder-coated steel and European beech, and rates it for 330 lbs (150 kg) max user weight.
What's included:
A wall bar made in Poland to European safety standards PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03. The 231B pairs the Series 2 200 frame with the PB3 convertible steel pull-up bar, four felt-lined hooks lock onto rungs, height adjusts by one adult, flips 180° to become a barbell rest supporting 441 lbs (200 kg). Rated for 330 lbs (150 kg) max user weight on the wall bar.
Modern production technologies, laser cutting, TIG welding, precision powder coating. The 231 is the smaller-footprint counterpart to the 731: same convertible-bar capability, ~10 cm shorter overall height, ideal for rooms where ceiling clearance is tight.
Ships with the frame assembly kit. the wall-mounting hardware is sold separately because the correct anchor depends on your wall type. Drywall isn't a viable substrate. Minimum wall thickness with Fischer expansion bolts is 12 cm (4.7"). stud walls need the WHB+S8 (Series 2 / 7) or WH1+S4 (Series 1) wall holder to anchor safely.
Each BenchK wall bar is built in Europe and certified to PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 safety standards.
BenchK covers the steel frame and powder coat for 10 years, and wood, padding and accessories for 2 years.

BenchK recommends at least 94 ½" (240 cm) of ceiling height for this model. The extra room lets you hang from the top rung safely.

It arrives flat-packed in one carton with an assembly kit. BenchK estimates about 30 minutes for two adults to build the frame, plus about 30 minutes to mount it with a stud finder, level and drill.
BenchK covers the steel frame and powder coat for 10 years. Wooden rungs, polyurethane padding and accessories are covered for 2 years. Damage from improper installation is not covered.
